EQUORA

The Intelligence Layer for Public Markets

DISCOVER · RESEARCH · COMPARE · UNDERSTAND

CHAPTER 01

Abstract

Equora is a public-market intelligence platform designed to organize fragmented financial information into a structured research environment. The platform helps users discover, research, compare, and understand public companies in one place.

Equora combines company fundamentals, financial statements, market activity, regulatory filings, corporate events, quantitative signals, AI-assisted research, and community analysis into a single coherent research surface.

The platform is guided by a simple principle: improve the information environment in which research decisions are made. Equora does not attempt to determine what users should buy or sell.

CHAPTER 02

The Problem

Public market information is abundant, but understanding is scarce. The data that describes a public company — filings, statements, ownership records, market activity — is scattered across dozens of disconnected sources, formats, and update cycles.

Retail researchers face structural disadvantages: expensive terminals, fragmented tooling, and research workflows held together by spreadsheets and browser tabs. The result is an environment where attention, not evidence, drives outcomes.

Markets do not suffer from a lack of information. They suffer from fragmented understanding.

CHAPTER 03

The Equora Thesis

Equora is built on the belief that better research environments produce better decisions — not by telling people what to do, but by making evidence easier to find, compare, and challenge.

The platform structures the research process into a deliberate sequence: Discover, Understand, Analyze, Form a Thesis, Track. Each stage of the product maps directly to one of these steps.

The Equora falcon — keen-eyed, patient, precise — represents this philosophy: follow the evidence, track the signals, and find what others missed.

CHAPTER 04

The Company Universe

The Company Universe is Equora’s discovery layer. It indexes public companies across market capitalization segments, fundamental characteristics, market activity, and corporate activity.

Researchers can filter by size (micro, small, mid, emerging), by fundamentals (revenue growth, profitability, cash position, leverage), by market behavior (volume, volatility, unusual activity), and by corporate activity (insider transactions, institutional ownership changes, share issuance, buybacks).

Discovery is designed to surface what may be overlooked — not what is already popular.

CHAPTER 05

Company Intelligence

Every company on Equora has a single research environment: price and valuation context, financial statements, market data, capital structure, filings, corporate events, and community research — organized in one place.

Company Intelligence distinguishes clearly between reported data (as disclosed by the company) and Equora-derived data (computed by the platform, with methodology attached).

The goal is a complete, auditable picture of a company — one company, one research environment.

CHAPTER 06

Equora Signals

Equora Signals answer one question: what changed?

Signals detect meaningful changes in public information — revenue acceleration, dilution, unusual volume, insider activity, new filings, institutional ownership changes — and turn them into structured, timestamped, sourced research events.

Every signal carries its source, reporting period, severity, and a path to the underlying evidence. Signals are not recommendations. They answer "what changed?" — never "what should I buy?"

CHAPTER 07

The Equora Score

The Equora Score is a composite research instrument that summarizes a company across six dimensions: Financial Strength, Market Quality, Corporate Activity, Information Quality, Risk, and Research Activity.

Each component is expandable and documented. The score is designed to prompt questions, not end them.

The Equora Score is a research instrument. It is not a forecast, a guarantee, or a recommendation.

CHAPTER 08

Research Theses

A thesis on Equora is a structured research document: a central argument, supporting evidence, catalysts, risks, assumptions, an expected timeframe, and explicit invalidation conditions.

Theses are version-controlled. When evidence changes, the thesis changes — and the history of that change remains visible.

This turns opinions into measurable, trackable research objects.

CHAPTER 09

Community Intelligence

Research gets better when ideas compete. Equora’s community layer is built around evidence, not popularity.

Researchers publish theses, challenge each other’s assumptions, and vote with evidence. Posts are structured around tickers, arguments, and citations — not hype.

Every claim can be examined, challenged, and improved by the community.

CHAPTER 10

Research Reputation

Reputation on Equora is earned through contribution quality — not wallet size.

The reputation system measures research accuracy, evidence quality, published research, and successful theses. Contributors earn badges such as Filing Hunter, Balance Sheet Analyst, Signal Scout, and Top Contributor.

Reputation is portable, transparent, and based on what a researcher has actually contributed to the information environment.

CHAPTER 11

Research Portfolios

Research Portfolios let users test ideas before capital. A portfolio is a hypothetical construction: a set of companies, weights, and a benchmark — tracked over time.

Portfolios display allocation, performance, drawdown, and volatility, and are always clearly labeled as simulated research instruments.

They exist to answer a research question: what would have happened if this thesis had been acted upon?

CHAPTER 12

Research Challenges

Research Challenges are timed community competitions that direct collective attention at specific research problems: finding overlooked companies, identifying dilution risks, or hunting for strong balance sheets.

Challenges carry prizes denominated in EQRA and are judged on evidence quality, not persuasion.

They exist to find what others missed — systematically.

CHAPTER 13

Watchlists

Watchlists let researchers follow what matters. Each watched company surfaces its recent events: new filings, score changes, unusual activity, and community research.

A watchlist is not a portfolio. It is an attention instrument — a curated feed of everything that changed in the companies you are researching.

CHAPTER 14

The Equora Timeline

Every thesis and every company has a timeline: a chronological record of filings, signals, ownership changes, and research updates.

The timeline makes the evolution of evidence visible. Research is not a snapshot — it is a story that unfolds, and the timeline is how Equora tells it.

CHAPTER 15

The Equora Network

The Equora Network is the coordination layer that connects researchers, contributions, reputation, and rewards.

The network is designed so that value created by research — discoveries, evidence, challenges — flows back to the researchers who created it.

CHAPTER 16

Onchain Coordination

Equora uses blockchain selectively — where transparency and verifiability provide meaningful advantages.

Research happens offchain. Coordination happens onchain: contributor rewards, research challenges, governance, reputation proofs, community programs, and ecosystem participation.

Equora is built for Robinhood Chain. Equora is an independent application and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Robinhood.

CHAPTER 17

The Equora Token

EQRA is the coordination token of the Equora ecosystem. Its utility is deliberately restrained: advanced research access, research curation, contributor programs, research challenges, governance, and ecosystem coordination.

EQRA is not a security offering, not a payment for research outcomes, and not a mechanism that influences signals or scores.

The token exists to coordinate the ecosystem — nothing more.

CHAPTER 18

Separation From Underlying Securities

Equora is a research platform about public securities. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or issuer of securities.

Platform participation, reputation, and token coordination are fully separated from the underlying securities being researched. Nothing on Equora constitutes an offer of, or a claim on, any security.

CHAPTER 19

Data Integrity

Every important data point on Equora includes its original source, reporting period, filing date, update date, and methodology.

Equora clearly distinguishes reported data (as disclosed by companies) from Equora-derived data (computed by the platform). For example, derived market capitalization is share price multiplied by shares outstanding — and is labeled as derived.

When data cannot be verified, it is not presented as verified.

CHAPTER 20

Research Methodology

Equora’s methodology is designed to be inspectable. Signal definitions, score components, and derived metrics are documented and versioned.

Methodology changes are logged and announced. Researchers can always understand how a number was produced — and when the rules that produced it changed.

CHAPTER 21

Artificial Intelligence

Equora AI is a research assistant, not an investment advisor. It summarizes filings, explains changes, and answers questions — always with references to underlying evidence.

Every AI answer visually references its sources: filings, data points, and signals. Where evidence is incomplete, the AI says so.

AI on Equora is designed to reduce reading time — never to replace judgment.

CHAPTER 22

Equora on Robinhood Chain

Equora builds its onchain coordination layer on Robinhood Chain, a network designed for consumer-scale applications.

Equora is an independent application and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Robinhood. The choice of infrastructure does not imply any partnership.

CHAPTER 23

A New Research Layer

Equora is not a terminal, a broker, or a social network. It is a research layer — infrastructure for the process of understanding public companies.

The layer connects public information, analytical intelligence, community research, artificial intelligence, and onchain coordination into one coherent environment.

CHAPTER 24

What Equora Is Not

Equora is not investment advice. It does not recommend securities, does not manage assets, and does not execute trades.

Signals are not recommendations. Scores are not forecasts. Portfolios are not performance claims. Community research is not verified truth.

Every instrument on the platform is a tool for thinking — not a substitute for it.

CHAPTER 25

Risk & Uncertainty

All research involves uncertainty. Data can be late, wrong, or misinterpreted. Signals can be noise. Scores can mislead. AI can err.

Equora designs for this reality: sources are cited, methodologies are published, limitations are stated, and uncertainty is surfaced rather than hidden.

Users should independently verify anything they intend to rely upon.

CHAPTER 26

Long-Term Vision

The long-term vision is a market where high-quality research is not a privilege of the few — where any motivated researcher can discover, understand, and challenge the evidence behind public companies.

Equora is building the research layer that makes this possible: intelligence, community, AI, and coordination, working together.

CHAPTER 27

Conclusion

Public markets deserve a better information environment. Equora exists to build it — one company, one signal, one thesis, one researcher at a time.

Follow the evidence. Track the signals. Find what others missed.

Research the market differently.
